Be sure and get your Crash Zone reservations in to avoid a $20 drop in fee. The reservation form opens on Mondays and closes on Fridays.
Be sure and look through lost and found when you are at the school for parent teacher conference. You will find it in the foyer by the trophy case. Things are starting to pile up, something might belong to your student.
There is a basketball game tonight against Cayuse. 5/6 play at 4 and 7/8 play at 5. There will also be practice Thursday and an optional practice on Friday. Thursday, 5/6 (12:45 - 2:15) 7/8 (1:15-3:00) 6th grade is invited to stay until 3:00. Friday optional practice from 3:00-5:00 for all players.
Wild Child and Sweet Retreat food trucks will be at Deer Park on Thursday from 12:00-6:00. Stop by for delicious food and treats!

We have a fun and busy week at Deer Park this week! The Scholastic Book Fair will be held in the library all week. The book fair will also be open during conferences on Wednesday and Thursday. Speaking of conferences, this Wednesday and Thursday will be parent-teacher conferences. If you haven't yet, make sure to go online and sign up for a time with your child(s) teacher(s). To make time for conferences, school will be dismissed at 12:30 on Thursday. This is a great time to take advantage of our Food Truck even that will be happening on Thursday from 12:00-6:00. Come for conferences and stay for a meal. Finally, there is NO SCHOOL on Friday, Nov. 8. Have a great week!!
Boys Basketball practice schedules have been finalized! An updated copy has been uploaded in the "Sports Schedules" section of the documents tab on our website. There is also another copy included on this post!
Today is the boys basketball's first away game. They will be playing at Smith Valley School. 5/6 and siblings will be dismissed at 3:00pm! Please remember to wait until 3:30 before entering the schools, and attached is the early dismissal schedule for the season. Good luck boys!
The first boys basketball game will be taking place today here at Deer Park! We play Marion with the 5/6 game starting at 4:00 and 7/8 plays at 5:00. As a reminder all students-athletes must have a physical on file. If you have not already, please turn in a copy of your students physical to the office. See you tonight!

The Drama class is hosting a bake sale all week this week to raise funds for costumes, props, and other needs for their production in January. Items will range in cost from $0.50-$3.00. Items will be sold during lunch.
Please join us for a community even on November 7th that will be in conjunction with parent-teacher conferences. Food trucks will be available from 12-6pm. Early dismissal for students will take place at 12:30pm and parent-teacher conferences will be held for the afternoon. Come for conferences, stay for food and a social gathering!
