Thank you to Nick King and Boy Scout Troop 1941, specifically Charlie Ferguson, Kaycee Orvis, and Merrick Fairchild, for coming out to retire our flag. It was such an honor for our students to witness this ceremony and to understand the importance and respect bestowed upon the American flag as the symbol of our great nation.

We are in need of parent volunteers to run the admission table for the 5/6 volleyball tournament next Friday and Saturday, 10/11 and 10/12. The money we raised from these tournaments paid for our new volleyball net and cheerleading mat. We would love to continue upgrading our equipment. Volleyball tournament season is here! The 7/8 will be playing in the 8th grade Stillwater/Evergreen tournament beginning Thursday, and the 5/6 teams will be splitting into two teams to play at Cayuse on Thursday 10/3. Hello Deer Park families. I want to apologize about the lack of a 7/8 volleyball game this evening. It was not communicated clearly from Stillwater that they would not have a 7/8 team, and for that we apologize. I will be reconfirming all of our upcoming games to make sure they are correct, and something like this does not happen again. Thank you everyone!
Crash Zone will open next Monday, September 23! There will be a few minor changes to Crash Zone this year. Parents will now need to register their student ahead of time. A form will open each Monday for parents to register their students for the following week. Students who are not registered and "drop in" will be charged a drop-in fee for the day. Also, Crash Zone will stay open until 5:30 this year instead of 6:00.
